communication between you and your coach, schedule sessions, and deliver coaching

5. Who Has Access to Your Data

  • You: You have full access to your own profile and coaching data via your dashboard.
  • Your Coach: Your coach has access to the data they need to provide coaching

services, including notes, metrics, action items, session history, and chat messages.

  • Platform Administrators: Limited to superadmin roles for technical support and

compliance purposes, subject to strict confidentiality obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share your data

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in

  • Active Accounts: Data is retained while your account is active and your coaching

relationship is ongoing.

  • Inactive Accounts: If your account is inactive for 24 months, we may flag it for

review and reach out before taking any action.

  • Deleted Accounts: Upon account deletion, your data is removed within 30 days,

subject to any legal retention obligations.

  • Backups: Encrypted backups are retained for up to 30 days in accordance with our

disaster recovery policy.

Note that coaching notes and session records may be retained by your coach in

associated data via Settings. We will process this within 30 days.

  • Right to Restrict Processing (Article 18): You can request that we limit how we

use your data while a complaint is being resolved.

  • Right to Data Portability (Article 20): You can export your data in a

machine-readable format via Settings.

  • Right to Object (Article 21): You can object to processing based on legitimate

interest, including direct marketing.
